Heading to the hanseatic town of Gdansk from the port of Gdynia our guide will tell you the story of this medieval town. The story isn't going to be boring, as Gdansk has played a major role in Polish and the World history.
09:45 - 10:45
The tour starts at the Oliwa Cathedral, built by the monks in the 12th century. Having inside works of art in 3 different art styles, it is the most famous for its organ, which has more than 5100 pipes.
10:45 - 11:30
While the driver takes you to the Old Town, the guide will organize a couple of photo stops so that you could memorize the most important sights of this hanseatic town easier. One of the stops is the island where the WWII started, the next one - the shipyard, where the Cold War began and the Solidarity square, from where the fight for freedom among the working class broke out.
11:30 - 12:30
Reaching the Old Town of Gdansk, you begin your walking tour along the main street of the city. Visits to the Golden Gate and the Green Gate are planned, together with exploration of the old Polish mansions and houses, almost fully recreated from the ruins after WWII. The guide will also tell you how to read history from a red brick and will take you to the St. Mary's Basilica, which is the biggest brick church in the world. Please note that an inside visit is NOT included, however, you are free to explore the church on your own.

Head back for the pier.
